开始以为秦皇岛（yes, again）移动基站坏了，后来发现是SIM (Subscriber Identity Module)的问题。
很可惜，秦皇岛无法异地补办SIM卡（为何南京就可以？）。只好临时买了一张神州行。打电话给南京的10086，把老号码电话呼叫转移过来。短信就没办法了，移动只会保留未发送SMS 48小时。头痛:(
