福布斯权利榜的背后

福布斯权利榜出炉，国内的媒体对此津津乐道。但搞笑的媒体大多转载到第10名截止（原版选出67人，代表亿里挑一），如果各位顺着排名继续看下去会发现端倪所在。19号人物Li Changchun，被福布斯认为的中国二号人物，究竟有什么权利。
